Cavenora policy
Privacy, stated plainly.
This draft policy describes the data practices Cavenora is being built to support. It will be finalized against the live product and provider configuration before public launch.
What the product needs
Cavenora needs an owner email for passwordless sign-in, event details supplied by a couple, and the minimum guest-response information the couple chooses to collect. Guest email is optional and used only when a guest asks for an RSVP confirmation.
What stays private
Public RSVP pages do not expose guest lists, guest email addresses, owner dashboards, payment records, or private event-management details. Access to event management is checked against the authenticated event owner.
Marketing consent is separate
Cavenora will only send marketing email when a couple explicitly opts in. Marketing consent is separate from sign-in, RSVP delivery, payment processing, and required service notices.
