A clear refund approach, before you pay.
The final refund policy will be published before Cavenora begins accepting live payment. It will describe the real support channel, eligibility window, and how Stripe payment records are handled.
No hidden renewal
Cavenora’s V1 passes are planned as one-time event purchases. The product will not turn them into a recurring subscription without a clear separate opt-in.
Support comes first
If a published event cannot be used as represented, the planned support process will first verify the event, payment, and technical state so the customer receives an accurate resolution. Final refund terms will appear here before live Checkout is enabled.
